Chapter 1-"The Beginning"
ReplyDeleteI named chapter 1 this because it tells the reader about Jem and Scout's summer days. This chapter also introduces the two characters to the reader and what slow life in Maycomb is like.

Chapter 2
ReplyDeleteI understand how Scout feels about being punished in school because I always get in trouble for no reason. I am wondering how Scout feels about being told that she needs to stop learing and having her dad teach her. SC
In chapter two i did nottt like Miss.Caroline i thought she was rude and cranky, and she had no right to say Atticus did not have the knowledge to teach her to read when he is a lawyer!!!

ReplyDeleteThoughts from Sydney.

Chapter 5
ReplyDeleteHow do Jem, Dill, and Scout find rolling down a hill in a tire fun?
Chapter 27- "Folliwing Helen"
ReplyDeleteIn this chapter, Bob Ewell starts to follow Helen Robinson around town and keeps saying mean things to her from a safe distance away. One day, Mr. Link Deas sees Bob doing this and threatens him so he stops.
Chapter Eightttt-
ReplyDeleteI was thinking why had Jem and Scout reacted so different to snow and why they built their so called "snowman" that way. I was also feeling bad for Miss Maudie when her house burnt but she thought it wouldve been a good time to rebuild it but she never did.
thoughts from SYDD :)
Chapter 9
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts had changed a bit because I was so shocked when I had read that little kids talked so mean and I was a bit thrilled when Alexandria had made Scout be so much more lady like and wear a complete dress when she hated it.
